Title: Energy Analytics Engineer (Clockworks Analytics | BAS)

About the role
Join a global engineering team supporting over 2 million square feet of life sciences manufacturing, R&D laboratory, office, and amenity facilities. This role will lead building analytics initiatives, drive energy efficiency programs, and provide data-driven insights to improve facility performance and support decarbonization goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the global Building Analytics Program across a large facility portfolio.
• Analyze building systems performance data to identify opportunities for energy optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvements.
• Utilize Clockworks Analytics and Cimetrics Analytika to support automated fault detection and performance monitoring.
• Provide analytical support for project design, commissioning activities, and operational decision-making.
• Evaluate and forecast the impact of energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives on emissions targets.
• Support utility incentive programs and ensure compliance with applicable energy regulations and requirements.
Qualifications
• Proven experience with Clockworks Analytics and Cimetrics Analytika platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), including Johnson Controls, Delta Controls, or Automated Logic.
• Experience with building analytics, automated fault detection, commissioning, and facility performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, energy codes, and greenhouse gas accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI, CMMS, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $78–$80/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
