Role description
Energy Tax Incentive Compliance Data Analyst
Mission: Build the analytics backbone that secures tax credits and maximizes project value for Westinghouse’s clean energy initiatives through WECTEC Staffing Services.
Impact you will make
Transform compliance into clarity: Design and maintain Power BI, Tableau, and Power Query dashboards that surface domestic content metrics, start‑of‑construction milestones, and audit readiness.
Connect data to dollars: Use Python and advanced Excel to quantify impacts on tax credit valuation, IRR, and NPV.
Raise the bar on data quality: Implement rigorous validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity across compliance and financial datasets.
Operationalize policy: Interpret and apply IRA, OBBB, FHWA, FTA, EPA requirements to procurement and construction workflows.
Prove domestic origin: Build tracking frameworks for materials, equipment, and labor.
Be audit‑ready: Produce executive‑level compliance reports for regulatory submission.
Start with certainty: Define IRS‑aligned milestones to establish official project start.
Win incentives: Assemble documentation packages with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance to secure tax credits and bonus incentives.
Influence outcomes: Advise on procurement language and supplier selection to drive compliance.
Stand tall in audits: Support internal and external audit activities.

Engagement: 1‑year contract (W‑2)
Reporting: Reports to the onsite Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years’ experience in business analysis, compliance, or project management in energy/construction.
Depth in federal domestic content regulations and renewable energy finance.
Proven ability to navigate cross‑functional teams and complex workflows.
