Engagement & Insights Data Integration/ Analyst - Austin, TX (Hybrid) - #158539

Our client is looking to hire an Engagement & Insights Analyst (Official classification: "IT Data Analyst 5"). This is a long-term contract opportunity and will be worked in a hybrid capacity, requiring three days per week onsite in Austin, TX — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday — with Monday and Friday remote. The role is currently expected to run through the end of Q1 2027, with the possibility of extension. Requirements: • 6+ years of senior-level data/analytics experience — this is explicitly not an entry-level position. • Strong SQL and Python skills with a solid understanding of end-to-end data flows — ranked as the #1 technical requirement. • Experience with external-party data integrations/onboarding — must understand how suppliers, customers, vendors, or other third parties interface through file uploads, APIs, or similar integration methods. • Strong stakeholder communication and process ownership — needs to bridge technical teams and external/business stakeholders while owning documentation, troubleshooting, onboarding, and issue resolution. • Bachelor's degree + ability to work hybrid in Austin, TX Tuesday–Thursday — there is no fully remote option.
