β’ 5+ years of experience in enterprise financial planning systems
β’ Strong handsβon experience with:
β’ IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) β cubes, rules, feeders, TI processes
β’ Informatica (PowerCenter and/or IICS) β mappings, workflows, scheduling
β’ Solid understanding of financial planning and FP&A processes
β’ Experience integrating planning systems with ERP, EDW, or cloud data platforms.
β’ Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
β’ Ability to work across business and technical teams.

Job Description:
β’ The TM1 & Informatica Planning Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise financial planning and forecasting solutions built on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Informatica-based data integrations. This role bridges Finance, FP&A, and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate, timely, and governed data flows into planning models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
TM1 / Planning Analytics
β’ Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models, including cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and feeders.
β’ Build and support Turbo Integrator (TI) processes for data loading, transformations, validations, and automation.
β’ Develop and enhance Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and/or PA for Excel (PAfE) content
β’ Support planning use cases such as Budget, Forecast, OPEX, Revenue, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
β’ Implement and manage TM1 security (cube, dimension, element, and application-level)
β’ Performance tune TM1 models, rules, and feeders to support scalable enterprise workloads
β’ Informatica / Data Integration:
β’ Support Informatica mappings, workflows, and schedules to feed data into TM1
β’ Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, completeness, and timeliness
β’ Support data refresh cycles aligned to financial close and planning timelines
CrossβFunctional & Operational Responsibilities:
β’ Partner with Finance, FP&A, and business users to gather requirements and deliver planning solutions
β’ Support UAT, production releases, and hypercare for planning system enhancements or upgrades
β’ Troubleshoot data, reconciliation, and performance issues across TM1 and Informatica layers
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
β’ Participate in planning system modernization, upgrades, or cloud migration initiatives
β’ Ensure solutions align with data governance, controls, and audit requirements
