Job Description
Join our configuration management team within the Quality & Lean department. As an ECO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all engineering documentation adheres to product development standards across over 200 programs. This position involves reviewing and analyzing change orders, writing white papers, and updating policies and procedures. You will work closely with technical teams for bug fixes and testing, supporting product configuration and master data management from early development through end-of-life.
Responsibilities
β’ Act as a company-wide resource for master data maintenance and escalations.
β’ Analyze, process, and track Change Orders (COs) and design documentation.
β’ Drive part setup, BOM creation, releases, and changes for new and sustaining products.
β’ Ensure all documentation meets company standards and policies.
β’ Support global master data setup from development through EOL.
β’ Partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Provide project updates on schedule, issues, and deliverables.
β’ Create and publish metrics and reports.
β’ Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
β’ Support multiple product releases.
β’ Onboard new employees and contract manufacturers into Agile PLM.
β’ Review Agile Deviations, RCOs, NRCOs, and Control Runs.
β’ Manage user roles, privileges, and functional teams in Agile PLM.
β’ Provide training and guidance to Agile users.
β’ Handle trouble tickets related to Agile access and configuration.
β’ Continuously benchmark and improve configuration management performance against Agile standards.
Essential Skills
β’ 4+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
β’ 4+ years of hands-on experience with Configuration Management.
β’ 4+ years using PLM / PDM tools (Agile PLM or similar strongly preferred).
β’ Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements.
β’ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Excellent written communication skills for documentation and policy updates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree (preferred, not mandatory).
β’ Experience supporting hardware or consumer device programs.
β’ Familiarity with Agile, Arena, and Teamcenter PLM tools.
β’ Interest or experience in automation of PLM processes.
β’ Familiarity with Amazon Leadership Principles.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite in Sunnyvale. Ideally, candidates would work onsite five days per week, but there may be limited flexibility for hybrid arrangements for exceptional candidates.
