Job Description:
We are seeking a Enterprise AI Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering production-grade Agentic AI, LLM, and RAG-based systems for large enterprises.
This role requires a hands-on architectural leader who can define reference architectures, build multi-agent frameworks, align with governance and risk requirements, and drive AI adoption across regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Orchestration frameworks
Architect scalable LLM + RAG systems integrating structured and unstructured data
Define enterprise reference architectures for AI platforms
Establish guardrails, logging, explainability, and governance patterns
Translate AI strategy into production-ready execution plans
Architect secure deployments on AWS and/or Azure
Design microservices, API-first systems, and event-driven workflows
Implement CI/CD, observability, and DevOps best practices
Integrate enterprise search (Elastic), embeddings, and vector pipelines
Integrate AI workflows with platforms such as Salesforce, Twilio, DocuSign, Tableau
Enable cross-system orchestration via action agents and workflow automation
Align AI solutions with enterprise security, auditability, and risk frameworks
Design systems with role-based access control and secure data access patterns
Implement explainability and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through production
Conduct executive readouts and technical strategy sessions
Mentor engineers and define scalable technical roadmaps
Required Qualifications
15+ years in software engineering and architecture
5+ years in cloud-native enterprise system design
Hands-on experience with:
LLM architecture and RAG patterns
Multi-agent orchestration frameworks
Embeddings and enterprise search systems
Python, Node.js, or C#
Strong experience in AWS and/or Azure
Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
