This role will directly support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), HITRUST audits, cloud maturity documentation, and change management processes. You’ll be responsible for capturing, translating, and validating complex business requirements into measurable deliverables that enable enterprise-wide project success. You’ll collaborate with project managers, IT, compliance, and external vendors to de-risk implementation, align stakeholders, and ensure audit-ready execution. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise IT and compliance initiatives. Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications, workflows, and use cases with full traceability. Partner with project managers to define scope, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. Support Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks, managing backlogs, sprint artifacts, and change control documentation. Act as liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared success metrics. Maintain audit-ready documentation supporting HITRUST, HIPAA, DR/BCP, and governance controls. Develop metrics dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and strengthen compliance readiness. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis with responsibility for defining requirements, supporting IT/system projects, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks (HITRUST, HIPAA, cybersecurity), DR/BCP, and cloud maturity. Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and enterprise project delivery. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or 9+ years equivalent experience). Preferred Experience coordinating multi-vendor deliverables, compliance audits, or IT governance change initiatives. Certifications (CSPO, CAP, PMP-PBA) a plus. Interested in hearing more?
