As an Enterprise Data Steward, you will work closely with senior stewards, data engineers, and platform teams to monitor data quality, investigate issues, and execute remediation activities. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in data stewardship, data operations, analytics, or a related technical role. • Exposure to at least one data domain such as Product, Vendor, Client, or Location. • Experience working with data platforms such as MDM solutions, relational databases, data warehouses, or data lakes. • Basic understanding of data quality concepts (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness). • Ability to follow established processes and manage multiple tasks with supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Clear written communication skills for documenting technical findings. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment. Technical/Developing Skills • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation. • Intermediate Excel skills for analysis and reconciliation. • Familiarity with ticketing or incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps). • Exposure to Master Data platforms such as Stibo STEP, Informatica MDM, or similar. • Familiarity with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Awareness of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA. • Exposure to AI-assisted research tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for productivity support. Differentiators • Hands-on experience executing data corrections in controlled environments. • Experience supporting data quality monitoring or operational data controls. • Comfort working primarily with technical stakeholders (data engineering, platform, analytics teams).
