Systems / Data Analyst, Global Technical Services
Location: Remote (EST or CST only)
Duration: 12 Months
This fully remote 12-month contract is an opportunity to serve as the primary administrator for Planisware while leveraging Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft technologies to build scalable reporting, portfolio management, and business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across a global organization.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, highly regarded team where you'll have direct interaction with the hiring manager and play a critical role in shaping enterprise systems and analytics. You'll work on meaningful initiatives with long-term impact, gain exposure to global stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement in a regulated life sciences environment.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5–8 years of experience as a Systems, Data, or Business Analyst
· Hands-on Planisware (PPM) administration and configuration experience
· Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting experience
· SharePoint site administration and design
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
· Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders
· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Desired Skills & Experience
· Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or other regulated industry experience
· Microsoft Copilot experience
· SQL working knowledge
· Experience with enterprise PPM platforms
· PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
· GxP and/or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance experience
· Lean or Continuous Improvement mindset
