Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst

Position: ERP Business Analyst Location: Rockingham County/Seacoast area, NH (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract (12 months) Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst with strong Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine expertise to support our client's manufacturing environment during a critical transition period. This role will focus on stabilizing and supporting the current ERP system following a recent upgrade, while helping prepare the organization for a future ERP migration. The position is highly hands-on and will involve a mix of business analysis, system support, troubleshooting, and user engagement. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, IT) to gather and document ERP requirements • Analyze current ERP workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization • Support day-to-day operations within the Infor CSI / SyteLine environment • Troubleshoot ERP issues and manage ticketing / hypercare support • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams • Develop process documentation, workflows, and training materials • Support end users and drive ERP adoption across the organization • Assist with reporting and KPI tracking, including light Power BI support • Participate in ongoing ERP initiatives and system enhancements Required Experience • 5+ years of ERP Business Analyst or ERP Support experience • Strong hands-on experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine (must-have) • Experience supporting manufacturing environments • Functional knowledge across: • Inventory management • Production planning • Order management • Finance • Materials and quality processes • Proven ability to troubleshoot ERP issues and support end users • Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams • Familiarity with process mapping/documentation tools (e.g., Visio) Preferred Experience • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar • Exposure to Power BI for reporting and analytics • Experience supporting ERP upgrades or transitions Work Environment • Hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite in the Seacoast area of NH • Remaining days remote • Fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment Why This Role • Opportunity to play a key role in stabilizing and optimizing a critical ERP system • Hands-on involvement across business and technical teams • Exposure to a future ERP transformation initiative • High-impact role supporting core manufacturing operations WE ARE NOT WORKING WITH THIRD PARTY AGENCIES ON ANY ROLES AT THIS TIME.
