The Enterprise Revenue Management Senior Analyst develops and supports revenue management strategies to ensure profitable growth and yield for business units across the UPS enterprise. This position manages projects and creates pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures for all U.S. based services in the Enterprise and Middle Market segments. He/she uses advanced Access and Data Warehouse skill for analyses. This position administers revenue management compliance and measurement objectives.
Responsibilities
• Assist cross-functional marketing partners in developing forward-looking pricing models and rate constructs.
• Support pricing strategy and analysis for small package services, strategic partnerships, and UPS subsidiaries.
• Maintain and update pricing programs within internal deal programs and validate accuracy of pricing data.
• Track and report performance of pricing initiatives, identifying trends and variances.
• Assist in evaluating pricing agreements, monitoring profitability, and identifying opportunities for revenue improvement.
• Contribute to new product pricing initiatives and support pilot programs for emerging marketing strategies.
Knowledge And Skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide clear, data-driven insights.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator capable of collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
• Experience supporting pricing strategies, reviewing contract language, and managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Ability to learn and effectively use UPS pricing and reporting systems
• Understanding of UPS rate types, pricing structures, and pricing programs.
• Awareness of competitor pricing approaches and market trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, pricing, revenue management, data analysis, or financial strategy.
• Experience working with pricing tools or revenue management systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or advanced analytical methods.
