Role description
Job Summary β€’ We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst with strong structured reporting experience to support the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Cupid applications within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Epic Cupid workflows, clinical reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to support cardiology operations and reporting initiatives. β€’ The candidate will work closely with clinical teams, operational stakeholders, IT leadership, and reporting teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting capabilities aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities β€’ Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic Cupid application functionality. β€’ Collaborate with cardiology departments, physicians, clinical staff, and operational teams to understand workflow and reporting requirements. β€’ Develop and maintain structured reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational and clinical reporting needs. β€’ Perform workflow analysis and recommend process improvements for cardiology systems and reporting solutions. β€’ Gather and document business and functional requirements. β€’ Support system upgrades, optimization efforts, and change management activities. β€’ Participate in integrated testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support. β€’ Work closely with Epic reporting teams, Clarity/Caboodle teams, and data analysts for reporting and analytics initiatives. β€’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. β€’ Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed. β€’ Assist with incident management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis. β€’ Participate in Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions. β€’ Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field. β€’ Experience working as an Epic Cupid Analyst in healthcare environments. β€’ Strong experience with Epic Cupid workflows and cardiology-related applications. β€’ Experience with structured reporting, reporting workbench, dashboards, and healthcare reporting tools. β€’ Knowledge of Epic Clarity, Caboodle, SQL, and healthcare data analysis. β€’ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. β€’ Understanding of healthcare operational and clinical workflows. β€’ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. β€’ Preferred Qualifications β€’ Epic Cupid Certification preferred. β€’ Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, Clarity, or Cogito tools. β€’ Experience supporting large-scale healthcare organizations or hospital systems. β€’ Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and healthcare interoperability standards. β€’ Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments. β€’ Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within healthcare environments.
