We are seeking an Epic Reporting Analyst with strong experience in the Cogito suite, specifically Clarity and Caboodle, to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Must Haves:
• 4–7+ years of Epic reporting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity and/or Caboodle)
• Advanced SQL skills (this is critical)
• Experience building and maintaining reports in an Epic environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Haves:
• Familiarity with healthcare data models and workflows
• Experience working in high-volume reporting environments
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
