Required Skills
Hands on experience with Epic user access mapping and access analysis
Strong background in data analysis and reconciliation, ideally within an Epic environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filters, data comparison)
Experience working with job codes, department codes, and role based access models
Familiarity with Epic security concepts, including user access matrices and role based access design
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced project environment
Desired Skills
Epic Security experience (analyst or architect level)
Experience supporting Epic optimization, overhaul, or automation readiness initiatives
Background in healthcare access governance or identity/access management
Prior experience creating or refining access crosswalks and role catalogs
Day To Day Responsibilities
Lead Epic user access mapping, including the creation and maintenance of user access and provider access crosswalks
Analyze and reconcile large user and provider datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
Perform data reconciliation across job codes, department codes, roles, and access profiles
Support development and validation of a role based access catalog aligned with Epic best practices
Analyze and maintain Epic user access matrices to support automation readiness
Identify discrepancies, gaps, and duplications in user access data and provide remediation recommendations
Partner with Epic Security, IT, and operational stakeholders to validate access models and workflows
Support documentation and readiness activities related to Epic security and automation initiatives
