Role description
6 Month Contract Developer (40 hours a week) Remote work-occasional travel Pay range of $90/hour 1099 or C2C Sorry No third Parties! Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Developer / Integration Consultant to lead the integration of ServiceBridge with Epicor Kinetic. This individual will serve as the lead technical consultant responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, integration development, testing, and deployment support. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Epicor professional who can work directly with business stakeholders while also leading the technical execution of the project. Responsibilities • Lead the integration project between ServiceBridge and Epicor Kinetic • Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders • Design and develop API-based integrations between systems • Build and support Epicor Kinetic customizations and automations • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, C#, and SQL • Configure and support Epicor Automation Studio workflows • Create and optimize BAQs, BPMs, Functions, and dashboards as needed • Collaborate with service, operations, accounting, and IT teams • Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues • Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities • Document technical designs, workflows, and support procedures • Provide project leadership and communicate status updates to stakeholders Required Experience & Skills • Strong experience with Epicor Kinetic development and administration • Experience with Epicor Automation Studio • Strong API integration experience (REST APIs preferred) • Hands-on C#/.NET development experience • Strong SQL Server and database experience • Experience building system integrations between ERP and third-party applications • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Experience leading ERP-related technical projects • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience • Experience integrating ServiceBridge with ERP systems • Experience with Epicor Functions, BPMs, and Application Studio • Experience in field service, manufacturing, or distribution environments • Experience working in cloud-hosted Epicor environments • Familiarity with mobile workforce/service management platforms Project Details • Full-time or part-time engagement available • Remote work environment • Travel to New Hampshire as needed for discovery sessions, workshops, or go-live support • Initial project expected to run approximately 2–4+ months depending on scope • Opportunity for extension based on project needs Ideal Consultant Profile The ideal candidate is both technical and client-facing — someone who can lead discussions with stakeholders, understand operational workflows, architect integration solutions, and execute development tasks hands-on within the Epicor ecosystem.
