Job Title: Campus Technology Strategy Director (ERP Analyst)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Campus Technology Strategy Director (ERP Analyst) to join our client to lead a large-scale technology transformation initiative in the King of Prussia, PA area. This contract-to-hire role will oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to replace legacy platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term institutional goals. The Director will guide IT strategy, infrastructure operations, and system governance while fostering collaboration across campus leadership and end users. This role is expected to span 2 3 years with the potential to transition into a longer-term leadership position.
Work Schedule:
8-5 Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Campus Technology Strategy Director (ERP Analyst):
• Direct the end-to-end ERP selection and implementation process, ensuring system integration and adoption across administrative and academic functions.
• Oversee enterprise IT strategy and daily operations, including infrastructure, networking, security, and application management.
• Develop and manage technology budgets, vendor contracts, and system governance standards.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, prioritizing workload and driving high performance to support project goals.
• Ensure compliance with data security, reporting requirements, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with long-term institutional objectives.
Qualifications and Skills for the Campus Technology Strategy Director (ERP Analyst):
• A bachelor s degree in information technology or a related discipline required; a master s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience, with proven success managing large-scale system implementations.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT operations, networking, cloud solutions, telecommunications, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with higher education systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial.
• Prior experience with Ellucian ERP systems highly preferred; knowledge of PowerCampus or Great Plains is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
