Role description
• Design user-facing and interface related reports in all ERP/HCM modules, including but not limited to, Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PPM, and GL • Create accurate reports using the common Oracle reporting tools, e.g. OTBI, BIP, BICC • Translate business requirements into scalable, optimized technical solutions • Develop new custom Data Models; including ones that retrieve data across multiple ERP/HCM modules. • Provide security requirements to ensure reports align with overall security design and best practices. • Modify new and existing data model SQLs to ensure optimal performance • Provide reporting expertise to SMEs and other team members. • Analyze and troubleshoot reporting issues. • Support the data conversion team by creating validation/reconciliation reports. • Assist with clarifying details required for documentation, e.g., FDDs/TDDs, migration documentation, mappings, and troubleshooting guides. • Provide general guidance on reporting solutions. • Collaborate with all stakeholders to support development, testing, and go-live tasks. • 5+ years creating new reports within Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM reporting in various modules • Proven hands-on experience designing reports with various output types, e.g. email, SFTP, XSLT • Directly responsible for creating of at least 25 unique reports preferably on new implementations. • Functional knowledge of the source/target modules.
