I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add an Escalation Analyst to their team!
Location: Alpharetta, GA - 5 days a week onsite
Contract Duration: 12 month contract with high potential to extend/convert
Pay rate: $22-25/hr
About this role:
• This team handles all the complaints and tickets coming from regulators such as the BBB, Attorney General, and the CFBP (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau)
• Heavy data entry
• Manage 20-25 cases on a daily basis
Experience:
• Regulatory or Compliance background (this can be an internship or entry-level job)
• Strong oral and written communication (they will be interfacing with legal and compliance teams, they must be able to draft well written emails and documents
• Advanced organization skills and an ability to manage competing priorities/multi-task
• Nice to Have - Familiarity with FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) regulations
