Job Title: Informatica ETL Developer & Administrator
Work Location: Pittsburgh, PA / New York, NY (Hybrid - 4 days per week onsite expectations)
Duration: 9 Months (Possible extension or conversion to FTE)
Interview: 1st Video & 2nd In-person interview
This role is focusing 70% Development and 30% Administrator
Role Summary:
β’ Seeking an experienced Informatica ETL Developer/Administrator/Production Specialist to support installation, configuration, workflow development, and integration efforts across enterprise systems.
β’ Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Perform Informatica ETL administration including installation, configuration, and support
β’ Develop and maintain ETL workflows
β’ Expose workflows as web services using Web Service Hub (WSH)
β’ Support PowerCenter/PowerExchange environments
β’ Integrate mainframe VSAM & Db2 with Informatica workflows
β’ Write and optimize complex SQL queries
β’ Collaborate with large teams and lead database efforts
β’ Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
β’ Document solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
β’ Troubleshoot and optimize ETL systems
β’ Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ 5+ years Informatica ETL administration and workflow development
β’ Experience with: Informatica, WSH, PowerCenter / PowerExchange, Mainframe VSAM & Db2 integration, Oracle, Oracle & Salesforce integration
β’ Strong SQL, debugging, and analytical skills
β’ Ability to work in large teams
β’ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
β’ AWS Glue
β’ Experience with version upgrades & migration to Informatica Cloud
β’ Financial services / banking / mortgage-backed securities domain experience
Education:
β’ Required: Computer Science background
β’ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science
