ETL Developer

Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer/ ETL Developer Location: Columbus, OH 43215 Hybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days WFH) Duration: 12+ Months Hours: 8am- 5pm Candidate Requirements: • Candidates must be local to Columbus, Ohio • They have to live within 2 hours of the Columbus, Ohio area as this is a hybrid schedule. Job Description Project Details & Day to Day: Candidate will be focused on the delivery of data migration topics to ensure that high quality data is migrated from the legacy systems to the new systems. This may involve data mapping, SQL development and other technical activities to support Data Migration objectives. Must Have Experience: Strong T-SQL design and development skills. ETL design and development; data mapping skills and experience; experience executing/driving technical design and implementation topics Strong technical analysis skills Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Exceptional ability to structure, illustrate, and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and actionable insights. Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and uncertainties in a fast-paced environment. Strong prioritization and time management skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Nice to have: Manager would love a former employee – if possible Resume Review Manager will review resumes in batches & will be looking for required experience on resume. Interview Structure 30-minute virtual interview with hiring manager plus 2 team members. Candidate will be asked questions specific to their background & experience.
