Job Title: ETL Developer Job Location: Montgomery, AL | Onsite 5 days a week IT01 Description: AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our growing team. This role focuses on the analysis, design, and development of ETL packages and SSRS reports in the project, requiring a consultant who can manage all aspects of Data Warehousing and DataMarts. Job Responsibilities: Provide design and development expertise for ETL packages and SSRS reports specifically for DHR Dashboards. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Database Administrator, and Power BI developers on requirements gathering and migration planning. Establish and implement SSIS packages for loading data from multiple sources into SQL Server Databases. Identify transformation rules by analyzing multiple source systems based on business requirements. Maintain and schedule ETL and Data Refresh scripts to ensure data integrity. Participate in the implementation of Security Access and Dashboard deployment. Responsible for developing complex stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers using T-SQL. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of IT experience focusing on Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and ETL processes. 8+ years of experience with SQL Server database tools, specifically SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS. 8+ years of experience leading technical teams through a full Systems Deployment Life Cycle (SDLC) for Data Warehousing. Deep understanding of Relational and Dimensional Data Modeling (Star and Snowflake Schemas). Solid understanding of implementing .Net and C# script tasks within SSIS. Expert proficiency in ETL mappings using transformations such as Source Qualifier, Lookup, and Joiner. Technical proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server 2018 and Power BI tools. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience working within the Public Sector or Healthcare industries is a plus.
