Job Summary
We are seeking experienced ETL Developers to build and optimize data integration pipelines for the Correction Information Management System (CIMS) Data Warehouse/Data Lake on Azure. This role focuses on transforming complex data into reliable, accessible, and actionable insights.

• ETL Development 8+ years
• Azure Data Stack (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Purview) – 3+ years hands-on
• Big Data Processing (Spark, Python/Scala, SQL) – 7+ years
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
• Build scalable data solutions for Data Warehouse/Data Lake (Azure)
• Process large datasets using Spark, Python/Scala, and SQL
• Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions
• Work with Azure Synapse, Power BI, and Purview for analytics, visualization, and data governance
• Optimize performance and ensure data pipeline reliability and scalability
Required Skills
• Strong experience in ETL development and data integration
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse
• Proficiency in Python/Scala and SQL
• Experience working with large-scale data processing (Spark)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Knowledge of Azure Purview (data governance)
• Familiarity with data lake architecture and modern data platforms
