Role description
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics).
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years in the multifamily real estate or mortgage industry.
β’ Deep understanding of multifamily business operations, property management, and mortgage processes.
β’ Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with RDBMS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
β’ Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
β’ Proven experience with Informatica Cloud, including strong knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) for data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.
β’ Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline development.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
β’ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the mortgage industry.
β’ Project management experience.
