

ETL Talend Developer

📢 We're currently seeking an experienced ETL Developer to support a growing data integration environment. This role will involve working on end-to-end ETL processes, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to a high-performance data operations framework.
🔑 Primary Responsibilities:
🟢 Build and maintain robust ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
🟢 Contribute to the creation and enforcement of best practices for ETL workflows, focusing on data quality and efficiency.
🟢 Maintain alignment with enterprise standards and development protocols.
🟢 Engage with business analysts, database administrators, and IT teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
🟢 Participate in technical discussions to shape effective and scalable ETL architecture.
🟢 Troubleshoot and resolve intricate data transformation and integration challenges.
🟢 Comply with internal IT policies and support iterative development methodologies.
☑️ Requirements:
✳️ Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
✳️ Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with ETL development, preferably using Talend or comparable tools.
✳️ Strong understanding of relational database systems, especially with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
✳️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
✳️ Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
✳️ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
✳️ Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
➕ Preferred Experience:
❇️ Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP ERP and SAP HANA.
❇️ At least two years of programming experience in Java is a plus.
🕐 Educational Background:
❇️ Candidates with degrees in Information Technology disciplines such as B.E., B.Tech, or MCA are preferred.
