Core Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support event-driven automation leveraging the FedOps framework across ServiceNow, Polycloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Develop reusable, scalable playbooks for:
• Alert remediation
• Self-healing
• Operational workflows
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, including:
• ServiceNow
• APIs
• Infrastructure platforms
• Support onboarding of applications and use cases into FedOps and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures, ensuring reliability and operational resiliency.
