Hiring: Fenergo Business Analyst (W2 ONLY) We are seeking a Techno-Functional Fenergo Business Analyst with strong banking domain expertise to support critical migration and transformation initiatives. If you have hands-on experience in Client Onboarding, KYC workflows, and SaaS migrations, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise programs. Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US or Canada) Duration: 6+ Months Employment Type: Contract Job Summary This role requires a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with techno-functional expertise in Fenergo implementations. You will work closely with SMEs, business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to support data remediation, document migration, reporting, integrations, and transition from on-premise to SaaS environments. The ideal candidate can bridge technical and business teams while driving clarity, prioritization, and solution delivery in Agile/Hybrid environments. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills • 5+ years of hands-on BSA experience in Agile/Hybrid development environments • Strong domain expertise in Banking & Client Onboarding • Deep understanding of: • KYC (Know Your Customer) processes • Regulatory workflows • Workflow rules & dependencies • Strong proficiency in SQL & data analysis • Experience analyzing data for issue identification & solution recommendations • Strong understanding of application integrations (external data capture & downstream reporting) • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Ability to prioritize, escalate blockers, and provide creative solutions • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with SMEs and business partners to understand assigned workstreams • Analyze current on-prem setup and support migration to SaaS solutions • Participate in internal and vendor meetings; provide strategic inputs • Develop and run SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis • Work closely with development teams to ensure features align with defined requirements • Identify risks, highlight blockers, and drive timely resolution • Contribute across associated workstreams by understanding end-to-end flows Interested?
