· Understanding of FHIR, restful FHIR APIs, FHIR bulk data exchange
· Developer with experience in Python, PySpark, ETL pipelines
· Working knowledge and certification on GCP/AWS/Azure
· Experience working with data at various speed and integration (Batch, Realtime, API)
· Knows various healthcare data standards (HL7, C-CDA, EDI)
· Understands OAuth2/OpenID, HIPAA and consent management
· Understands CMS compliance ( Patient access, payer to payer API, ePA)
