Role description
Job Title: Finance Data Migration & Transformation Analyst (Project-Based) (Title can be adjusted to Analyst / Senior Analyst / Manager depending on grade) Role Purpose We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Finance Data Migration & Transformation Analyst to support a key systems transformation initiative. One of our business units is transitioning from core financial systems (FinancialForce and NetSuite) into Mosaic. This role will be critical in ensuring that financial and project data is accurately extracted, transformed, validated, and prepared for successful implementation in Mosaic. The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional project team, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, auditable, and well-documented data migration outputs. Key Responsibilities Data Migration & Transformation • Extract raw financial and project data from source systems (FinancialForce and NetSuite). • Transform and structure data into Oracle Fusion applications -ready formats in line with implementation requirements. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the migration process. • Develop and maintain clear, auditable data schedules and reconciliation documentation. • Project Support & Stakeholder Engagement • Act as a key stakeholder within the project team, owning assigned workstreams end-to-end. • Work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to coordinate data inputs, validations, and approvals. • Clearly articulate risks, dependencies, timelines, and mitigation actions to project leads and senior stakeholders. • Break complex data and process activities into manageable, bite-sized deliverables for wider teams. Process Documentation & Controls • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document current-state processes and data flows. • Support the definition of future-state processes aligned to Oracle Fusion applications implementation. • Ensure documentation supports auditability, controls, and future operational sustainability. Delivery & Ways of Working • Operate with a high level of autonomy, managing workload, priorities, and deadlines effectively. • Maintain strong organisation across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. • Provide regular, structured updates on progress, risks, and issues. Key Skills: Essential • Strong experience working with financial and project data in Financial Force and NetSuite or finance systems environments. • Proven ability to take raw data and transform it into structured, implementation-ready outputs. • Experience supporting system implementations, data migrations, or finance transformation projects. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders in Finance, IT, and the business. • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and pragmatically, both verbally and in writing
