Role description
Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a technically savvy Financial Business Analyst with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Workiva. This 100% fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while driving transformation in our client's financial reporting, compliance, and data management processes. We are not accepting any Corp-to-Corp consultants. This role is only for people interested in being a W-2 employee of Robert Half Management Resources for the duration of the project. The scope of this project is to lead the end-to-end implementation of Workiva for financial reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls. You will collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Audit, IT) to gather requirements and configure Workiva solutions. Responsibilities will include, analyzing financial data and reporting processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining automated workflows, data connections, and reporting templates within Workiva. Post implementation, you will provide virtual training and support to internal stakeholders on Workiva functionality and best practices. Other responsibilities may include developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or systems implementation • Proven expertise in Workiva platform implementation and administration • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, internal controls, and compliance frameworks • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and Power Automate for workflow automation • Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including reporting, integrations, and configuration • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment
