Seeking an experienced Financial Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in gathering business requirements, process analysis, stakeholder management, and delivering technology solutions for financial applications.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience with Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Products.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis, UAT, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working with APIs, financial data, reporting, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
