Job Summary: Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for compiling, synthesizing, and reporting on the Bank's or market data sources. You will assist in managing databases, conducting calculations, interpreting findings, and preparing reports. Your role will involve working with internal and external datasets, providing analysis in market development for securities data, and responding to data-related inquiries from clients. This is a hybrid position in our Pittsburgh, PA office with 4 days in office. Responsibilities: • Performs data management activities in support of day-to-day functions of Mutual Fund and ETF valuation. Reviews exceptions and takes corrective action. • Under minimal supervision, compiles, synthesizes and reports on the Bank's or market data sources; provides support with access, maintenance, and security activities. May manage moderately complex databases, feeds, etc. and assists with data sources. Conducts preliminary, basic calculations for more senior colleagues and helps develop reports. • Interprets findings and prepares initial drafts of standard reports. • Works with internal and external datasets, and client reference data, and provides analysis in market development for securities data. Applies techniques such as querying to extract data for analysis. • Provides information based on data-related questions from internal and external clients and may help provide solutions. Ensures that all customer responses are thoroughly documented and verified. Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • 1-2 years of experience in data validation, data cleansing, and data analysis. • Experience with financial market data tools like Aladdin or Bloomberg preferred. • 1-2 years of relevant financial industry experience preferred. • Bachelors Degree in Finance or a Business related field.
