Financial and Data Analyst (Only Korean Bilingual) – Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Title: Commercial and Data Analyst (Must have Korean and English Proficiency) Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – 4 Days Office / 1 Day Remote) Client : A leading Pharmaceutical Company Contract Role : 6 Months This contract role involves managing pricing promotions and ensuring effective rebate management. With your background in facilitating Special Pricing Agreements and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you could really make an impact here. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Expert (Korean) to join our client in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Korean and English and possess strong analytical and data management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update the Commercial Pricing Master File to ensure accurate pricing in internal systems. • Support drafting and administrative review of commercial contracts and pricing addendums. • Consolidate rebate and chargeback data for GTN (Gross-to-Net) calculations and validate data using Excel. • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and pricing reports for management review. • Manage Excel tracking tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to gather data and complete operational tasks on time. Key Requirements : • Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is mandatory. • Korean candidates who have studied in the United States and hold GC/USC status will be preferred. • Advanced Excel skills including proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data organization. • Minimum 1 year of professional work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry. • Pharmaceutical industry, Bioscience or Life Sciences educational background is preferred; familiarity with bioscience terminology will be an advantage. • Willingness to work 4 days from the office in Jersey City and 1 day remotely.
