Financial Data Analyst | Akron, OH We’re looking for a Financial Data Analyst to support Client’s Vegetation & Program Management teams. If you have 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision support, especially using SAP, Power BI, SQL, or Python, this is a strong opportunity to grow within a high‑visibility, operations‑focused environment. What You’ll Do: • Develop and maintain financial, operational, and program performance dashboards and reports • Track budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and key metrics for vegetation and infrastructure programs • Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and executive reporting • Extract, validate, and reconcile data from enterprise systems • Use SAP, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for analytics and automation • Support regulatory, audit, and management reporting requirements • Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to leadership and cross‑functional business partners What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting • Advanced Excel skills (functions, modeling, analysis) • Hands‑on experience with SAP, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and Python • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment • Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively Top performers have strong data skills, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. 📍 Location: Akron, OH (United States) 💵 Pay: $32 – $36/hour.
