Role: Financial/ Business Insights Analyst
(6+ months Contract to hire)

Summary / Objective:
Partner with operational teams to improve processes, drive efficiency, and provide data-driven insights. Support Quality Assurance and Business Insights by analyzing performance, recommending enhancements, and ensuring service levels meet company objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in analytics and guest service operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and KPI evaluation skills.
• Proficient in Tableau, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and independent decision-making skills.
