Role description
We are hiring for FinCrime Business Analyst (Transaction Monitoring and Customer Screening)
Location : Hybrid 2 days in Glasgow Office
• Proven hands-on experience as a technical data/business analyst in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance, with a strong focus on Transaction Monitoring and Customer Screening domains.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major 3rd-party Transaction Monitoring platform, such as NICE Actimize SAM, Oracle FCCM/Mantas, Quantexa, or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Ability to write custom SQL queries independently to extract datasets, execute end-to-end data analysis, and conduct thorough data profiling.
• Proficiency in business requirement elicitation, documentation, and translating business needs into clear, testable Acceptance Criteria
• Practical experience with Jira and working within Agile development frameworks.
• Knowledge or background in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) applications within Financial Crime Compliance.
