Visa B2B Connect is a next-generation cross-border B2B payments network designed to deliver fast, predictable, and secure business payments using a distributed ledger-inspired architecture.
We are seeking a Back-End Engineer with deep experience in Oracle Flexcube, OBPM workflows, and enterprise payment integrations to enhance and support the Visa B2B Connect ecosystem.
This role focuses on building backend services and workflows that enable high-value cross‑border settlements, FX handling, compliance flows, onboarding operations, and integration between Flexcube and Visa B2B Connect rails.
Required Technical Skills
Flexcube / OBPM
• 3–8+ years Flexcube development (FCUBS, PLSQL, APIs, customizations)
• Strong OBPM / SOA / BPEL experience
• Experience integrating Flexcube with external payment networks
Backend (Core)
• Strong Java / Spring Boot development experience
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, schemas & transformation
• MQ/Kafka or equivalent messaging middleware
• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
Payments Domain Knowledge
• Corporate cross-border payments (B2B)
• ISO20022 (pacs.008, pacs.009, camt messages)
• AML, sanctions, KYC screening flows
• FX, treasury, multi-currency accounting
• • High-value payment processing & settlement life cycle
