Job#: 3025849 Job Description: Job Description: This role is responsible for supporting Distribution Center (DC) inventory accuracy and product allocation across a multi‑DC network. The analyst will review on‑hand inventory versus allocation, communicate shortages or gaps to In stock and DC teams, and help ensure timely distribution of products, including seasonal and short‑coded items. Key Responsibilities • Review and validate DC on‑hand inventory against allocation requirements • Communicate product shortages and availability to In stock and DC teams • Support seasonal allocations and assist with releasing seasonal products • Monitor and route ad hoc product requests, including short‑coded or limited shelf‑life items • Coordinate inventory movement across 9 SD Distribution Centers Required & Preferred Skills • Required: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, tracking, reporting) • Nice to have: Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization Additional Details • 3‑month contract with potential for extension (ongoing automation initiatives) • Training provided on IMS and Biceps systems (prior experience not required) Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
