Forcepoint DLP Engineer Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC / Atlanta, GA Role Descriptions: Updating userIDs in FP Updating workday dictionaries in FP Updating rule library and reconciliation work Rule tuning - analyzing events and documenting false positives Assisting tier 2 user work alongside other vendors in FPAdd new false pos exceptions Add and remove user exceptions Add destination exceptions Review overall event output in FP to look for tuning opportunities Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP (formerly Websense)Network DLP, Endpoint DLP and Email DLP implementations Strong knowledge of Data classification techniques and content inspection Networking fundamentals (TCPIP, HTTP HTTPS, SMTP, FTP) Security tools such as firewalls, proxies and CASB Experience in Policy tuning and false positive negative reduction Incident management and data protection strategies Certifications (Preferred) Forcepoint Certified DLP Administrator Engineer Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or CompTIA Security Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in Palo Alto or MDCA Purview Experience with cloud DLP or CASB solutions Scripting automation (Python, PowerShell) Skills: Palo Alto, EIS, Network Engineer 1. Hands on experience with ForcePoint (formerly Websense) 1. Hands on experience - Network DLP, Endpoint DLP, and Email DLP implementations 1. Policy tuning and false positive/negative reduction 1.
