Job Description:
Required Skills -
• Legacy forms extraction (mainframe → structured JSON)
• Data transformation & mapping (schema design, validation)
• Java-based integration services (APIs, business logic)
• Template-driven data population for forms engines (e.g., Quadient)
• Understanding of document/form lifecycle (generation, rendering)
• Batch + real-time processing patterns
• Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)
Roles and Responsibilities -
• Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform
• Own extraction → transformation → integration pipeline
• Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment
• Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment)
• Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines
• Guide team, review mappings/code, and drive delivery
