Founding Full-Stack Developer | AI-first Startup (Equity-based)

We're building the next billion-dollar lean startup, and we’re looking for a forward-thinking technical founding engineer to join us. You’ll be the technical brain behind the product, owning architecture and execution while shaping the future of the business from day one. We're now looking to bolster this great founding team with a forward-thinking technical engineer who shares our enthusiasm and brings equally excellent technical finesse. To put it bluntly: if you build something great, we’ll sell the sh!t out of it, and we'll have fun doing it! 🚀 About the Role (Experienced builder 5 years as Full-stack) Step into the role of Founding Full-Stack Developer and be a core architect of our innovative AI-powered SaaS platform. You'll build, optimize, and scale both the frontend and backend, ensuring a seamless experience for our enterprise customers. This is a unique opportunity to define our product roadmap and push the limits of technology in a high-energy startup environment. This is a rare opportunity to: • Build real AI systems—not wrappers—with agency, memory, and autonomy • Own the technical direction of a category-defining product • Work alongside experienced, go-to-market obsessed founders who know how to scale Key Responsibilities 💡 Full-Stack Development & Architecture • Design and deliver scalable, secure, high-performance backend and frontend systems. • Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces that feel native and frictionless. • Architect reusable APIs and modular services to power AI-driven product features. • Embed automation, agentic tools, and internal co-pilots to reduce repetitive work and accelerate dev speed. ☁️ Cloud, DevOps & Deployment • Define and implement infrastructure and deployment strategies that optimize for speed, stability, and cost. • Champion CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and proactive monitoring from the start. • Lead authentication, security, and access control strategies across the stack. 🔗 Integrations & Data Systems • Design reliable, well-structured databases and caching strategies for real-time performance. • Build clean integrations with 3rd-party SaaS platforms (e.g. CRM, ATS, analytics). • Help operationalize AI pipelines with our ML/AI co-founders to support features like RAG, smart retrieval, or personalization. 🤝 Collaboration & Technical Leadership • Partner with the commercial founders to set product priorities and define the technical roadmap. • Work alongside our AI engineers to integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic tools into the user experience. • Drive a lean engineering culture: automate what can be automated, ship fast, and scale efficiently. • Lead by example, owning your work, delivering quality, and constantly improving.
