Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

About the Role
We’re searching for a hands-on, commercially driven Interim FP&A Manager to join a high-growth technology business on a fixed-term contract. You’ll step into a pivotal role supporting forecasting, reporting, and commercial insight during a period of expansion, transformation, or change. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, you’ll help sharpen financial visibility and strengthen decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling cycles
• Build and enhance financial models (ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, unit economics)
• Create monthly management packs with analysis and commentary
• Partner with department heads to validate assumptions and drive accountability
• Improve reporting processes, automation, and BI dashboards
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing reviews, cost optimisation, and commercial analysis
• Assist with board-level reporting and investor updates
• Strengthen financial controls and data integrity
Requirements
• Proven FP&A Manager or Senior Analyst experience within the tech sector
• Strong SaaS metric knowledge and financial modelling capability
• Excellent Excel skills + exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance teams
• Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Comfortable balancing hands-on analysis with strategic work
