Role description
We are RevOpsAI, a specialized startup providing Fractional RevOps services to high-growth B2B SaaS and software companies. We work with high growth B2B and tech companies such as Replit, Rev.com, and Topaz Labs. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Fractional Revenue Operations Lead to join our consulting team.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the tech industry and possesses the consulting acumen to quickly onboard, assess, and optimize the revenue operations of multiple clients across different tech stacks. This role is focused on ensuring our clients' Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams have the most efficient systems, data, and processes to scale rapidly.
This is the perfect opportunity for a leader who likes juggling multiple projects and has an appetite for learning how different companies work.
Responsibilities
• Consulting & Strategy: Partner with multiple B2B companies to solve diverse challenges and build best-in-class GTM solutions
• System Optimization & Management: Manage core RevOps tech stacks across clients, ensuring efficient CRM configuration & integration in HubSpot
• Process Improvement: Design and document scalable GTM processes to help Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate efficiently
• Data & Reporting: Build and present analytics using CRM, Tableau, Excel, or Sheets to track KPIs and deliver clear insights to leadership
• Project Management: Manage multiple client projects independently, meeting deadlines with a steady 20-hour weekly schedule
• Workflow Automation: Create and deploy advanced automation, including AI and non-CRM workflows (e.g., n8n), to increase efficiency
• Stakeholder Partnership: Proactively partner with B2B Sales Organization & Leadership to align RevOps strategy with business goals and drive data-driven decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Sales and/or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• CRM Expertise: Proven administrative experience and deep knowledge of HubSpot, with a relevant certification preferred.
• Advanced Automation: Experience building AI workflows for various use cases and comfort with building workflows outside of the CRM (e.g., using n8n).
• RevOps Knowledge: Strong understanding of the modern RevOps tech stack.
• Commitment: Ability to commit to a consistent schedule of 20 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
• Partnership: Proven experience partnering directly with B2B Sales Organization & Leadership.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes.
