Role Descriptions: Technical Engineer for Fraud Domain Experience with Fiserv FCRM platform is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements to support technology product planning and development with high emphasis on regulatory and compliance software such as Fiserv Financial Crime Risk Management.Assist in documenting workflows| data mapping| system configurations| and technical specifications related to products within Fraud factory.Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira to guide technology design and development.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and design technology solutions that address third party risk challenges.Support the product lifecycle from analysis through design| development| testing| and deployment.Facilitate communication between business| technology| and risk teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives.Advanced expertise in MS SQL including ETL experience.Extensive experience in developing and designing Power BI reports.Extensive experience in developing and designing PowerShell scripts. Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of Fraud technology solutions.Assist in documenting workflows| data mapping| system configurations| and technical specifications related to products within Fraud factory.Experience with JSON and python would be a plus.
