Role description
We are seeking a skilled FSO ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Financial Services Operations (FSO). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development and a solid understanding of financial services processes, enabling the delivery of scalable and efficient digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with FSO (Financial Services Operations) requirements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and automation workflows
• Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform upgrades
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience working within Financial Services Operations (FSO) or banking/insurance environments
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
