Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation and contribute to the resolution of sophisticated technical issues. This role focuses on building modern, scalable applications and integrations within a large enterprise contact center transformation, ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Build and support microservices-based architectures and middleware solutions
• Develop integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Verint)
• Work on cloud-based platforms (OCP/Cloud Foundry) and event-driven systems using Kafka
• Participate in coding, debugging, testing, and documentation of applications
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver business value
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across applications
• Support ongoing migration of contact center platforms from on-prem to cloud
• Maintain and enhance UI components to reduce reliance on third-party vendors
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to engineering best practices
