Full Stack Python Developer

City: Santa Monica, CA/ Seattle, WA Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid Duration: 12 months Rate Range: Up to$100/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract) Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B Must Have: • 5+ years of experience in Python web development (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • 3+ years of experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar tools • Experience with infrastructure as code for cloud deployments • Strong API development experience (REST/GraphQL) • Excellent communication and documentation skills Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Python applications supporting internal developer platforms. • Enhance the developer directory, service registry, and related APIs that manage identity, access, and metadata. • Develop and maintain client libraries and support provisioning/deployment workflows. • Implement secure, scalable features aligned with internal policy and compliance standards. • Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to support automation and self-service capabilities. • Participate in code reviews, feature demos, and sprint planning activities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven ability to build and deploy production systems in AWS cloud environments. • Experience building highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems. • Familiarity with React or other front-end frameworks is a plus. • Experience integrating applications with LDAP in Python preferred. • Prior experience presenting technical solutions or demos to internal teams is advantageous.
