Full Stack Technical Lead - Contract

We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead on a contract basis. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Java, React, and Cloud Native technologies to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. As a technical leader, you'll remain hands-on while driving architecture and engineering best practices, mentoring development teams, and delivering secure, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Skills:- • Having atleast 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, JWT, and WireMock. • Strong front-end development experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a focus on responsive UI development, performance optimization, accessibility, and reusable component design. • Experience building and deploying Cloud Native applications using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift (OCP), Helm, and Jenkins (CI/CD), with hands-on experience in JUnit, Mockito, BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin), and good knowledge of PostgreSQL. • Provide technical leadership by driving application architecture, solution design, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices while remaining hands-on with critical application development. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, security, performance, and engineering best practices. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality business solutions. • Mentor and coach engineering teams, champion clean code and continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive Agile delivery with excellent communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
