Role description
LRC UK Full Stack TypeScript Software Engineer. £60k - £80k LRC is a leading European real estate private equity firm with offices across Europe (London, Berlin, Dublin, Warsaw, Luxembourg, etc.), specialising in structuring, executing, and managing value-add real estate portfolios and urban regeneration projects. Join our Technology & Innovation team to design, develop, and maintain full stack applications that support: - Asset & Portfolio Management tools for real estate portfolios, projects, and urban regeneration workflows. - Dashboards that track and report on investments, operations, community progress, and climate targets. - Collaborative Platforms for stakeholders (investors, asset managers, tenants) to view data and submit requests. - Internal Business Apps spanning due diligence, deal analysis, valuation dashboards, and CRM integrations. Key Responsibilities - Build scalable web applications using modern TypeScript frameworks (e.g. Node, NestJS, React, Next.js). - Support backend services, REST APIs, data layers, and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Design intuitive frontend experiences with responsive UI, state management (Redux), and interactive visualisations (charts/maps). - Deliver data-driven features: real-time analytics, dash‑boarding for ESG metrics and property KPIs. - Ensure code reliability: apply automated testing, CI/CD, and secure deployment workflows. - Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams: stakeholders in asset management, finance, ESG, and design. - Maintain documentation, best practices, and mentorship within the engineering team.
