Job Description:
We are seeking an Expert AI Developer with strong experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent agents and AI-driven components capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks. This role involves working closely with prompt engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Location: New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid)
Visa: USC / Green Card Only
Work Exp: 5 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI agents/components that can reason, plan, and act autonomously
• Build and implement LLM-based applications using modern frameworks
• Develop and manage memory systems and tool-use capabilities for AI agents
• Work closely with prompt engineers to optimize prompts and outputs
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Integrate embeddings and vector databases for semantic search and retrieval
• Collaborate with cloud teams to deploy solutions on Azure cloud stack
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong programming expertise in Python
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks
• Solid understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architecture
• Experience working with Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with tools/frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
