Role : GEN AI Lead Duration : Long Term Contact Location : New York (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Primary Requirements: • Engineering technology leadership • Ability to lead engineering teams and drive delivery and code • Strong technical credibility with development teams • Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices • Executive and stakeholder communication skills Key Focus Areas: • AI / GenAI enablement and adoption • SRE transformation and operational excellence • Engineering productivity and SDLC modernization • Architecture reviews and technical governance Desired Background: • Engineering Manager • Engineering Director • Platform Engineering Lead • Technology Delivery Leader • SRE Leader • Engineering Transformation Leader Preferred Technical Exposure: • AI / GenAI (OpenAI, Copilot, LLM-powered solutions) • SRE / Observability • SDLC modernization • DevOps and CI/CD • Modern application architecture Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): • Cloud expertise (Azure, GCP, AWS) • Kubernetes • Platform engineering Ideal Candidate Profile: A senior engineering leader who can engage executives, lead engineering teams, drive technology transformation initiatives, and provide hands-on technical guidance when required. AI enablement and SRE transformation experience are highly desirable. Cloud expertise is considered a secondary requirement.
